Potential rivals for Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final.. and the date of the draw

Real Madrid succeeded in overcoming Liverpool in the round of 16 of the Champions League, winning the first leg with five goals to two at Anfield, and confirmed its dominance in the return match by winning a clean goal scored by Karim Benzema at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday.

Real Madrid, the defending champion, is the eighth team to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League and now knows its potential rivals in this role, namely: Napoli, Milan and Inter (Italy), Chelsea and Manchester City (England), Bayern Munich (Germany) and Benfica (Portugal).

There will be one rule in that draw for Milan and Inter Milan, which share the same stadium (San Siro), so the draw will avoid the two teams playing the first leg at their stadium on the same day.

The date of the Champions League quarter-finale draw

The Champions League quarter-final draw ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday at 12:00 pm GMT and will also include the competition’s semi-final matches.
